Job Description Plymouth Insurance Agency is seeking a Licensed 4-40 or 2-20 Insurance Agent to join our team! You will be responsible for expanding the company's book of business by selling commercial and personal lines of insurance to new and existing clients. These are warm inbound leads. We offer on the job training.

Responsibilities

• Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients
• Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs
• Resolve client inquiries and complaints
• Comply with insurance standards and regulations

Qualifications

• Must hold a minimum of a 4-40 license and be willing to obtain a 2-20 license
• Must have some experience in the insurance industry
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Possess a desire for self-development and be self-motivated
• Ability to function in a team setting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously
